1. Services & Bookings
Channel EOH provides music production, recording sessions, live performances, and creative collaboration services.
All bookings must be confirmed in advance and may require a deposit to secure the session.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared. Delays may affect session duration without guarantee of extension.

2. Payments & Ownership
All payments must be completed as agreed before final delivery of any project.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Final audio, video, or creative content will only be delivered after full payment is received.
Ownership rights of the final work will be discussed per project—Channel EOH reserves the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Responsibilities
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
Channel EOH is not responsible for any personal equipment brought by clients.
Clients must ensure all content (lyrics, samples, etc.) used does not violate copyright laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misconduct or misuse of studio facilities.
